Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why Pikabreath offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Our extended 30-day policy goes beyond this requirement.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Timeframe Requirement
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days.
If the return is not sent within this timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
