We want you to feel confident when shopping at JesusLicht. That's why we offer a 30-day return guarantee, starting from the delivery date of your order.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this legal requirement.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipment Deadline
Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days. If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
